Our facility based program offers a comprehensive telehealth solution for assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, individual living residents, educational institutions, manufacturing facilities and office environments.
Patients using Mobile TeleMed Connect can directly consult with a healthcare provider from their location, guaranteeing swift access to essential medical services. Our platform includes state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and cameras that effortlessly integrate with our secure software.
Once a virtual call begins, a provider uses the diagnostic integration to evaluate the patient and can then prescribe medication, order lab tests, and create a treatment plan.
**TeleMed Patient Link**
Our secure, password-protected web-based platform, compatible with any smart device, facilitating telemedicine visits for patients using our services. It features high-definition video conferencing (subject to wifi and cellular bandwidth), seamless appointment scheduling with email and text confirmations, the capability to capture and send images to your provider, and a comprehensive patient history, including photos and videos from previous encounters.

Facility based program that brings the doctor office to you
Mobile TeleMed Connect enables individuals in need of medical assistance to have virtual consultations with a provider without leaving the facility or school.
By integrating video conferencing, diagnostic medical equipment, and a skilled team of medical professionals, Mobile TeleMed Connect effectively brings the doctor's office to your patients.
Trained facility nurses will connect with Mobile TeleMed providers in Buffalo, NY using our state-of-the-art telemedicine technology.
The TeleMed provider can then evaluate the patient's condition and coordinate the delivery of prescriptions or lab tests to the patient's local pharmacy or primary care physician if necessary.
**TeleMed Connect** uses our proprietary state-of-the-art **Patient Link** software, which is also accessible to any of our patients via a smart device through a link provided by your healthcare team.
